How healthy is your CSV documentation process? At this year's CSV event, Cynthia Pleach gave a presentation entitled "Death by Documents and How to Avoid It". Questions addressed at the meeting included: 

• How long does it take to develop a document? 
• How long does it take to review a document?
• How long does it take to approve a document?
• Establishing a plan for success
