The purpose of this procedure is to provide guidelines for performing a design review for direct impact and indirect impact utilities, process equipment or systems and to adequately control and document changes implemented during the design phase to ensure that process requirements are met.

This procedure applies only to new and/or equipment and systems being modified and determined to be “direct impact” or “indirect impact”
