This revalidation assessment provides for the evaluation of validation change control, maintenance and calibration records, operating and maintenance procedures, equipment logbooks, and other evidence as necessary to assess the validated state of equipment, systems, or processes, and the necessity for subsequent revalidation in whole or in part, revisions to documents, additional training, etc.
